To download Smart FTP you simply need to go to the Smart FTP download page:
http://www.smartftp.com/download/
It will look something like this:
Click on your required 'Download SmartFTP Client' link.
If you are not sure which one to choose pick the 32-bit version.
Once you click on the download link you will be taken to Download.com.
That page will look something like this:
Click on the 'download now' link as highlighted above.
