Dear Website Owner,
If you don't believe me, I'll tell you about the masters thesis I recently completed on the topic of "digital signal processing." OK, I'll spare you the lecture, but hopefully you get the idea. Anyway, it's nothing for me to be embarrassed about. After all, geeks like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and those kids who invented YouTube pretty much rule the world, right? Besides that, I'm not just a geek... I'm a geek on a mission. I've created a way to scientifically boost your online sales by up to 40%... and the best part about it is that you DON'T have to work any harder, because my solution does the work FOR you. Ah, technology. Gotta love it! The Mega-Guru's Latched Onto It Like a Swarm of LEECHES in a Public Swimming Pool... Over the past couple of months, I've noticed that most of the major "Guru's" of the Internet marketing world have begun implementing virtual chat technology on the sales pages of all their big product launches. In case you're not familiar with it, here's how it works... You visit a sales page, and decide not to buy the product. You attempt to leave the page, and an instant-messenger style pop-up appears on the screen with an "agent" who chats with you and tries to save the sale. Of course there's a good reason why this strategy has quickly spread throughout the ranks of elite internet marketers... It works! (And I'll show you the proof) I've watched these "chat" programs gain popularity, and sure enough... many of those same guru's who used it on their product launches have gone back and installed it on all of their websites. So I thought to myself... hmmm, if these guys who are already making millions of dollars on the Internet are taking the time to implement this technology on ALL of their websites, there MUST be something to it! So I decided to do some research to find out exactly how their chat technology worked, and what kind of results they were getting. What I discovered was very interesting... First of All... None of it was Real! In every situation that I encountered, there was NOT a real human chatting with potential customers. It was all "virtual", meaning that the chat "agent" was simply a script sitting on a web server somewhere. At first I was a bit taken aback ... I mean here were all these marketers portraying to their website visitors that there was a person sitting there chatting with them, when in reality it was just a computer program spitting out pre-programmed chat dialogue. My first thought was, this seems a bit sneaky (and a little further into this page I'll show you why the "sneaky" approach is not always best). My second thought was... COOL! As I've already mentioned, I'm a bit of a geek by nature, and the thought of a computer program doing this sort of marketing for me was very exciting. So I decided to dig a little deeper and find out WHERE the Internet marketers were getting this virtual chat service, and how much they were paying for it. Once again, my findings were very interesting... They Are Paying Over and Over and Over Again... Which Seems Ridiculous to Me! There are currently only a few virtual chat service providers for marketers, and they all cost money. Of course I wasn't surprised that it cost something, but what shocked me was that these chat companies were demanding payment over and over and over again just to use their service. It's a brilliant business model because there's not very much work involved for the service provider. Their computer program does all the work, and they continue to get paid for it repeatedly. There are basically two payment structures used by these companies... 1) Monthly fees for the service 2) Pay per sale The most popular plan seems to be the "pay per sale" option. It makes perfect sense from a marketer's standpoint, so I can see how it became so popular. After all, "pay per sale" means that you're only paying for RESULTS. In other words, you would pay the virtual chat service provider a commission for EVERY sale that they "save" for you. In some cases, that could mean a flat 20% of the sales price. In other cases, it could be 50% or more, depending on what rate of commission is paid out to affiliates of the product. To make matters worse, I made another shocking discovery... Many of Them Are Even Ripping Off Their Own Affiliates in the Process! The way some of these chat operators work is to take the commission that would have otherwise gone to the affiliate who referred the customer. It's like this... An affiliate marketer sends a visitor to a product (we'll call it "Product XYZ"). That visitor decides they are not going to buy at that very moment, so they attempt to leave the page. The virtual chat agent comes onto the screen and offers a "better" deal. Here's the kicker... in order to get the better deal, the visitor must click on the link in the chat window, which then gives full credit for the sale to the chat provider instead of the affiliate who originally sent the referral. So not only is the affiliate getting shafted out of a commission, but they are also being undercut by the vendor, since the vendor is offering a LOWER price only through the chat window. Now, I can see how this might seem fair from the perspective of some marketers. After all, the sale would have been lost, right? However, I think that most affiliates would not think it is fair for their entire commission to go to someone who simply set up a script and then let it do all the work to steal, er..uh.. I mean "save" sales. But once again, profit is king, and I can see why a marketer might be willing to hand over a huge chunk of their profits AND even willingly risk alienating their affiliates. The only reason they are willing to do those things is because the tactic is deadly effective. I've seen the statistics, and talked to some of my marketing friends who were willing to share their results. The bottom line is that they are increasing their profits... big time! The virtual chat agents are making sales like crazy, so the marketers are willing to pay the price for it. Fortunately for you, I look at things a little differently. I desperately wanted to add this technology to all of my websites, but I DIDN'T want to give a bunch of my profits away in the process, and I certainly didn't want to risk alienating my affiliates. So I kept looking for a solution...
I tested some of the existing virtual chat services, and in addition to the obvious problem I had with their pricing schemes, I also found them to be lacking in other areas, such as...
But all of these problems were really a very fortunate thing. They caused me to do the only thing that a programmer like me could possibly do in a situation like this... I said... "Forget this, I'm making my own!" I won't bore you with the details of how I stayed up all night writing the code for my first basic chat program, but I will tell you what happened the next day. I woke up after a little nap, and realized... hey, I've got my own chat program... I should try it out! So installed it on one of my websites, and lo and behold... My Little "Test" Resulted in 50% Sales Conversions! I put the chat program on one of my sites, and I ran a scientific marketing test. I created a new "product" in my ClickBank account (each product has it's own item ID number). I ONLY advertised that product through the chat interface... that way I could be sure that the test results would be accurate. I waited until there were 226 clicks from the chat window (the program has built-in stats for the owner to view). I went into my ClickBank account, and ran a report, filtering it to only show sales of this particular item. The results were astounding...
HALF of everyone who clicked the link given to them by my virtual chat program actually purchased the item I was offering. It was a low priced item, which is why my ClickBank account only shows $936.67 of profit. (And by the way, most of those sales were credited to affiliates. In other words, my affiliates DID still get credit for the sales, and the $936.67 was my profit AFTER the affiliates were paid their commission). On top of that, I have various upsells and other forms of revenue on the backend, so those 113 customers really represent a LOT more than $936.67 of profit. But regardless of the actual number, I was most excited because that was money that I otherwise wouldn't have earned! If I hadn't put the chat program on my site, many of those visitors would have never returned, and I would have lost the majority of those sales. In spite of this instant success, I realized that I had barely scratched the tip of the iceberg in terms of what this technology could accomplish. In fact... I Did All of That With A "Ghetto" Little Program That I Whipped Up Overnight... So I Spent The Next Couple Months Turning That Little Program Into The Most Advanced System On the Planet... With the proof I needed in hand, I focused my energy on creating the absolute best virtual chat software that the world has ever seen. I realize that this is probably going to put some people out of business (the virtual chat service providers), and that's NOT my intention. I never want to hurt anyone's business. Virtual Smart Agent is fully compatible with Aweber and most other autoresponders. In fact, it's compatible with ANY autoresponder that uses HTML form code. Of course if you do not want to build your list, then the opt-in form will not appear on the Virtual Smart Agent window. As you can see, Virtual Smart Agent is an incredibly versatile tool when it comes to list building. I should also mention... you can also use the list building function even if you're not building a list! I know that sounds confusing, but let me explain what I'm talking about. I programmed a feature into your Virtual Smart Agent to collect the name and email address into an internal log file, so that you will also have the option of following up with the prospect individually by sending them a personal email. This feature works with or without an external list. In other words, if you're building an Aweber list, the subscriber's name and email will ALSO go into the internal log file. Or if you're not building any list externally, you can have the name and email address go only to the internal log file. This can be very helpful if you want to follow up with prospects to close the deal personally (or if you have a sales staff to follow up and close deals). For example, your virtual agent could say something like, "Please enter your name and email address if you would like a manager from our company to personally contact you to answer your questions." Here's a killer strategy for affiliate marketers... If you're an affiliate "arbitrage" marketer (sending PPC traffic to affiliate offers), you can use this tactic to make sure you're building your list WITHOUT missing out on potential commissions from visitors who choose to not opt-into your list. The traditional problem with "click flippers" is that they're basically traffic "middle men", never building their own list, which means their business doesn't have much of a foundation. That's why a lot of affiliate arbitragers are now sending their traffic through squeeze pages (a "squeeze page" is designed to capture the name and email address of the visitor through a voluntary opt-in process). This allows the marketer to build a list, and earn more commissions from those visitors in the long run by following up with them via email. The problem there, is that they're missing out on a lot of potential commissions from visitors who choose to back up or close the browser instead of opting in. By implementing Virtual Smart Agent, you can use a squeeze page AND if visitors choose not to opt-in, you can "catch" those visitors as they're leaving and send them directly to the affiliate offer! By using Virtual Smart Agent, you can find out what that "something" is, and get a commission for it. If you're like most affiliate marketers, you're an affiliate of many different products, often some that are in competition with each other. However, here are a couple things I want to highlight...
I'm a statistical freak. I like to know all sorts of stats, so if that's your thing too, you'll have plenty of data to analyze. If you don't like stats... just ignore them :-) To give you an idea ... here is a screenshots from one of my campaigns:
I wanted to give you a lot of freedom in designing the "perfect" Virtual Smart Agent for your website, so I've made it possible for you to choose colors, sizes, and numerous other variables about the way it looks to your visitors. Oh, and it's all "point and click". No knowledge of HTML is needed.
This is where your agent's "intelligence" comes from. You can program any number of sequential messages for your agent to give to the visitor. You can also "train" the agent to respond in a certain way to an unlimited number of different keywords or phrases (I call these "Smart" messages). For example, if someone asks about your refund policy, your agent can give an intelligent answer. If someone asks for a discount, your agent can give it to them. Again, this is limitless. You can train your agent to react to any situation that comes their way. Your Virtual Smart Agent will come pre-programmed with 6 initial messages, plus 33 "smart" messages. I've programmed it to understand the most common situations that occur in an online shopping experience. Therefore, the program is essentially "plug and play". You can simply plug it in and start using it immediately WITHOUT having to train your agent. But of course the option is always there if you want to customize the messages or make your agent "smarter" by teaching it new things.
This is a cool feature I built into the program to help you optimize your agent for your individual website. If a visitor asks a question that your agent does NOT know the answer to, the agent will log that question in a special file for you, so you can see what areas need to be improved. For example, a visitor might ask a question about a very specific feature of one of your products. If the agent doesn't know the answer, it will let you know, and you can then tell the agent how to respond if a similar question is asked in the future. I've found this to be a very good way to make your agent very "intelligent" in the eyes of your visitors, which is why I also programmed in an optional alert system, where it will send you an email any time a question is not answered. This is especially helpful if you are using your Virtual Smart Agent during a product launch, during which you want to react and improve the effectiveness of your site as rapidly as possible. If the visitor provided their email address, you will ALSO receive their name and email within the special alert. That way you can follow up with them directly to answer their question and close the deal! I’ve actually preprogrammed a special feature that makes it extra easy for you to collect the visitor’s contact information and follow up with them. If the Virtual Smart Agent encounters a question that it can’t answer, it can say… “Sorry but I cannot find an answer to your question ... Then in that message just under the text I added the HTML code for the visitor to enter their name and email... right IN the message! After they enter it, the agent will thank the visitor and let them know that someone will be contacting them soon. Their question (along with their name and email) will be instantly sent to you (or your support department) so that you can follow up with them. If you offer telephone sales and/or support, you could do use it in the same way. Your agent could ask the customer to enter their phone number, and inform them that someone will be calling them soon to assist them. If this new technology sounds a little too "techy", you have nothing to worry about because I show you how step-by-step in the instructional help videos.
You will receive 6 pictures with the program to use for your virtual agents. However, I want you to have full freedom over the pictures, so you may also add your own pictures! I assume you'll want to use a picture that creates the best response among your visitors, which is why I've built an easy split testing function into the control panel.

I've been testing it for awhile now, and the results were a little shocking to me... My Scientific Tests Show That Here is some cutting edge marketing research for you. I've done the tests and I'm going to tell you the results for free. I've found that the best conversion rates have resulted from NOT trying to "trick" the visitor into thinking they are chatting with a real person. I've split tested cartoon pictures against real photos. I've also experimented with telling the visitor right off the bat that they are speaking to a "virtual" agent. My highest conversion rates came from using a cartoon female, and immediately telling the visitor that it was not a human. In other words, I found that it was best to be completely honest with the visitor from the very beginning of the conversation. Of course the results could be different for your business, which is why I've enabled the ability to upload any picture and split-test the agents. However, I would encourage you to at least try the "honest marketer" approach. I've always considered myself to be an ethical and honest marketer, and I was pleasantly surprised that it paid off in this situation. But perhaps it shouldn't surprise me one bit. After all, it seems to play perfectly into a very common element of our human psychology... This Behavioral Disorder Is Affecting Your Sales! Look, I'm NOT saying you're a "nut case" but the fact is that MOST of us suffer from this to some degree. I'm talking about "Passive-Aggressive" disorder. In terms of psychology, this behavior is a method of dealing with an emotion that occurs when you are blocked from reaching your personal goal. The emotion I am referring to is none other than... FRUSTRATION! But I'm not a psychologist, and I realize that you might not be one either, so let me break it into simple terms by telling you a personal story that happened to me...
This type of scenario happens when you go to a website and get smacked in the face with a ton of advertisements. Your first inclination is to avoid it altogether, and eventually you will leave if it becomes frustrating. The idea here is NOT to frustrate your website visitors... but in fact to HELP them. More specifically, you can exploit people's passive-aggressive behavior to your advantage by creating a win-win situation (they get helped, and you make a sale). Again this is why I recommend trying my "honest marketer" approach with your Virtual Smart Agent.
